I am not receiving the code to my app.

I done have the recovery key to login to the account, could you please help me ?

Hi Sheela and welcome to the community!

You have the option to disable 2FA. 2FA can be enabled both on a Bitbucket and also on an Atlassian account (which is used for authenticating to Bitbucket). The following knowledge base article has steps to determine in which level 2FA is enabled, and how to disable it:

Please keep in mind that the recovery email is sent 24 hours after you request it.

That being said, I checked the status of your account and I saw that Atlassian account 2FA is disabled, Bitbucket 2FA is enabled and we sent you a recovery email several hours ago. You can use the link in that email to disable 2FA.
