We are not able to login to stash development server. we are getting the following error while logging in.

The remote authentication server is not available. Please try again later.

We use JIRA server for user authentication which may be down or not accessible.

How do I find out ( either through stash logs or database ) which is the JIRA server it is trying to authenticate with ? Please advise

Let me know, if additional details are needed.

Thanks

Hi Shravanakumar,

Apologies for the delay. I would suggest raising a support ticket and attaching your logs from both servers?

Cheers,
