I uninstalled my Authy app from phone by mistake. Now, when I try to login to bitbucket its asking me to enter the code which I am not getting in Authy app. I tried to sign in into Authy app using company email but its not working.
I tried forgot password and but didn't get the recovery email in 24 hours. Can someone help me what to do in this case?

From the internal logs, I can see the 2SV recovery email was sent to your email address on April 23rd.
Could you please confirm if you have received it? If you are not able to find it in your Inbox, we also recommend checking the Spam/Junk folder as the email may have been wrongly flagged as Spam.
