We own two workspaces, A and B: we have a user who belongs to Workspace A, and we need him to be a part of both.
So I sent 5 email invites to this person from Workspace B, but he never received the email. We checked with our email message trace and we do not see it come in.

Checking internally for the email logs I see the invitation email was apparently correctly delivered to the user's account. What may have happened is the email was routed to a different folder or wrongly classified as spam.
In this case, we kindly ask the user to check the Spam folder and any other filter they may have in place on their email that can have routed it to a different folder.
