Hi, our admin has terminated our proxy-server and afterwards he asked me to reboot our Confluence/Jira host. I did that, and now bitbucket (which is hosted on a different server) doesn't allow any user to logon anymore...

If your authentication server isn't currently reachable you will need to log into Bitbucket Server using a local user account so you can correct the authentication settings.
If you don't know the password of a local user, you can follow the Lockout recovery process to gain access again.
