Test retrieve user : Failed. User bitbucket does not exist

Deleted user June 7, 2017

BitBucket is the account used for testing LDAP connection and is successful.

When testing to retrieve user it failes with

Test retrieve user : Failed. User bitbucket does not exist

Test basic connection : Succeeded
Test retrieve user : Failed
User <bitbucket> does not exist
Test user rename is configured and tracked : Not performed
Test get user's memberships : Not performed
Test retrieve group : Not performed
Test get group members : Not performed
Test user can authenticate : Not performed

I've searched the community for a solution and haven't found one that works.

My LDAP Schema is:
Base DN: OU=My_OU, DC=Domain, DC=Net
Additional User DN: OU=Users
Additional Group DN: CN=BitBucket_Users, OU=BitBucket

User Schema Settings
##user object filter: (&(objectCategory=Person)(sAMAccountName=*)##(memberOf=cn=Source_Control,OU=BitBucket_users,OU=My_OU,DC=DomainDC##=NET))

user name attribute: sAMAccountName

Hello Jim,

Thank you for your question.

It seems to be a mismatch between your ldap attributes and the schema in bitbucket. Can I have a LDIF of the user "bitbucket" from LDAP and the complete user schema in the bitbucket server settings.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Sujay Raj
