since a while now I stopped receiving email notifications. I read on similar posts that it is possible that my email is blocked. Since I verified the settings, this is perhaps the problem.
Can you please verify and unblock if it is the case?

I've checked internally for the e-mail of the account you used to post this question in the community and this e-mail is not currently in our e-mail suppression list, so it's not being blocked.
If the e-mail address you are facing the issue is not the same as the one from your community account, please create a community account using the e-mail affected and use it to reply here, so I can also check if it's in any internal suppression list.
