Stash failed to Start due to Required plugin failed to start

My stash instance refuses to start up. I was looking at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/STASHKB/Stash+failed+to+Start+due+to+Required+plugin+failed+to+start but all described there did not seem to help. Appreciate any guidance for getting this to work.

Hi Martin,

I'd suggest opening a support request on https://support.atlassian.com and upload your logs on the support ticket. That will allow our support engineers to investigate what's going on.
