Stash + JIRA On demand - not work

Hello. I have a problem Stash+JIRA On Demand like here

I have Stash instance behind NAT on 30 day trial. I dont want make Apache proxy for this period. And I make port translation for port 7990 (default).
In Stash i link Jira and all was good, but On Demand Authentication not work.
In app link settings i try to setup incoming and outgoing, but nothing help.

Anybody can tell me, why i cant auth in stash. May be i need to do some few steps?

It might be good to get some more information about your environment. Would you mind creating a support ticket and attach any logs and describe your NAT configuration you have so we can assist you further?
