SourceTree doesn't show the uncommitted changes for Working Copy

Adrian Cardona May 16, 2013

Hi,

When I'm working on my project I can't see the updated files in "Working Copy Changes" however if I use "git status" (console) I can see the files, so I need do commit first from the console to see the files and finally do push or pull from SourceTree.

I reinstalled SourceTree and Git without result.

At first SourceTree worked well.

Is there a solution?

Thank you Kieran, I was cleaning the Windows registry deeply and now is working, however I will keep it in mind your solution because the problem have no sense and may happen again.

Regards.

Hi Adrian,

There is a drop-down which allows you to filter files by the state they're in. You may have selected an option which means no files will be shown. If you've made changes, make sure "Show Untracked" is selected, for example:

Where this option appears in Sourcetree or anywhere else
