It seems like someone already added the SSH key to the bitbucket Repo. but I want to add it to the workspace ssh.

To identify the previous owner of the SSH key or remove it you'll have to reach out to support for assistance.
However, if you don't need the old SSH key you can always re-generate a new one by following our guide below:
