Some Users cant log in, j_atl_security_check

Hello, 

please assist with the below.

Issue: some users cant log in via active directory ldap connection

I am aware of the  ldap error codes 49 and 531 which has been verified and I can confirm its not the issue.

Could this be caused by invalid configuration in the bitbucket.properties file? 

Log entry below:

We have the same issue!
