Server rebooted but Bitbucket didn't restart

when Server Rebooted, the locat Bitbucket server didn't restart automatically, I had to start things manually and it took few tries, is this normal? how to guarantee bitbucket restarting 100% everytime a server reboots

Check the start-up scripts are ok by checking their settings and try running them to see what they do.
