Self hosted Jira and Bitbucket cloud integration

mukolaich July 26, 2017

Hello, i've setup integration between self-hosted jira and bitbucket cloud using following manual:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/connect-bitbucket-cloud-to-jira-server-applications-814208991.html

Granted access, and repos successfully synced.

But i havent new linked commits/tags/branches in Jira task in Development section.

Please anyone describe how can I research that?
Why I haven't any new commit and branches linked to Jira issue?

Thanks for help

Do you have the project permissions to view development information? If so, are you counted against the JIRA Software license?

Also, make sure the commits and branches have a valid JIRA issue in it.

Of course, I have one self-hosted jira and 2 bitbucket connections:
- legacy stash server

- bitbucket cloud

Also I can view commits/branches from stash very quickly, but from bitbucket cloud only after manual repository reindexing in jira settings.
