STASH: Crowd directory server synchronization failed.

I was adding crowd directory to Stash and after test setting got succesful message:

But when I try synchronize it, it failed and I cannot login to Stash with my Crowd user and password.

So my questions are:

1. In which logs I may found some information about the failed synchronization?

Catalina.out is not logging anything during synchronization.

2. What may cause problems with synchronization?
Remote hosts and application login are correct.

Hi, You may need to verify if the IP of the Stash server is within the IP range as specified in the Applications Remote Addresses, as in Specifying an Application's Address or Hostname.

Also, you may need to check that the correct password and application name are set within the Crowd User Directory, as in this doc.

I hope it helps.

Hi Tiago,
thanks for tips but both are checked and correct. Do you know which logs should show the problems with synchronization?
