Hi,
A friend forgot his BitBucket password and wants to reset it. But when he tries the reset password function, it gives a message: "This account doesn't have any e-mail addresses associated with it. We cannot send a password reset for this account."
How can we reset the password and how is it even possible that no email address is linked to his account?
