How to create Requirements in JIRA ?? Is it Improvement,NewFeature,Task ?? Cause i cant find anything like Requirements in the issue types ?? Or do we need to add an new issue in the form of Requirement ??

In this case I would add a new Issue type. Then you can tailor the workflow to match what you need to do for that specific issue.

Hello Neil, 

I also suggest you to add custom fields for managing requirements sub-types or characteristics:

for instance: functional, software, hardware....
