I received the following email from Atlassian. Does this mean someone did login with my account successfully? Or someone just tried to login but failed?

As the title of the message suggests, that was only an attempt to log in, there was no access to your account.
If you'd like, you can check your open sessions at https://bitbucket.org/account/settings/security/sessions and https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/recent-devices.
As always, make sure that your password is strong enough and don't forget to change it regularly.
