Quick and easy update to Stash 2.12.2?

I'm wondering if there is a down and dirty, quick and easy way to update my Stash 2.12.1 install (Ubuntu Server 12.04.4 LTS) to the just-released 2.12.2. Or does a minor update like this always need to go through the steps at the below page?

it is a minor update so you can proceed as specified in the provided link.

Before proceeding, please take care to perform a STASH HOME/stash db backup first.
