Pull Requests configuration in BitBucket SAAS

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Checks for merging pull requests

I don't have the Settings > Pull Requests option (using BitBucket SAAS). 

I want to configure multiple approvers for a pull request. 

Any idea?

Just to clarify: 

What I want is to change the Pull Request settings to enforce two reviewers on a PR. 

It's supposed to be done via Settings > Pull Request, but that feature isn't accessible.

You can name multiple reviewers in a pull request without any special configuration.
