Publishing a Website on Bitbucket Cloud to a team repository not working

Jad Wahab April 9, 2020

Following this tutorial https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/publishing-a-website-on-bitbucket-cloud-221449776.html

I am trying to create a website for a repository that's part of a bitbucket team. I put the index.html (all lowercase) in the repo and that is pushed to the remote repo. Then I went to https://team_name.bitbucket.io/repo_name and got the error:

Repository not found

Am I doing anything wrong here?

I guess just one more reason for me to say that I think website builders are the future. I mean just look at the features on this one https://www.boxmode.com/features that I've used to develop my company's site. It's pretty much an automatic process. You just have to design your idea and not worry about the backend part of it, which for me personally is the biggest plus. Of course there are still companies that prefer having web developers work on their websites, but I stand by my opinion either way.
