Problem docker certificate registry

I am making a pipeline that connects in a docker https registry, the certificate of that domain is valid, but when running the pipeline appears a problem, could someone give me a light how to solve this?

Pipeline:

(some variables used are global bitbucket)

image: ubuntu:latest
options:
docker: true
pipelines:
default:
- step:
script:
- export PROJECT_NAME="adv-classificador-intimacoes-app"
- export IMAGE_NAME="$DOCKER_REPOSITORY_SAJADV/$PROJECT_NAME"
- export CONTAINER_NAME="${PROJECT_NAME}_${BRANCH}"
- docker login -u $DOCKER_USER_NAME -p $DOCKER_USER_PASS $DOCKER_REGISTRY
- docker build -t $IMAGE_NAME:$DOCKER_TAG_LATEST $BITBUCKET_CLONE_DIR || exit 1
- docker run --privileged -d -P --name $CONTAINER_NAME -e DB_ADV_PASSWORD=1 -e DB_ADV_USERNAME=1 -e DB_ADV_HOST=1 -e DB_ADV_NAME=1 -e REPOSITORY_MOCK=True $IMAGE_NAME:$DOCKER_TAG_LATEST
- docker push $IMAGE_NAME:$DOCKER_TAG_LATEST
