Problem cloning a repo

but i have this problem with bitbucket....what i need to do?

in the last 2 days I have done test after test

both with the http that with the ssh download remains at oscillates between 2 and 10 kb / s

i also tried with the git command and with tortoise git,but the problem is the same

the repo is download for 70% and later report this error

but what means?
