Pipeline keeps pending and stuck at starting agent

We got the issue just half an hour ago and now we cannot update anything via the pipeline. 

There is no change to the pipeline configuration and it worked well during last 3 months. I assumed this is caused by the bitbucket side. 

Any idea how to fix it?

Please let me know if I need to provide any other information in order to fix it.

OK after 23 mins it finally jumped to 'In Progress'...
