Per repository permissions in stash

Is it possible to set per repository permissions in stash? I would like to have repository per user, so each user can push only to his/her repository.

Stash only supports permissions on a project level at this stage. Personal repositories and repository level permissions are on the roadmap.

Repository permissions have arrived: Stash 2.4

At this moment it's not yet possible to set permissions per repository.
In the outstanding feature request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/STASH-2643 it's stated:

We do have plans to implement finer grained permissions in the future
