Hello, I'm trying to log in into my old bitbucket account and getting the "you password was found in a breach" message asking me to reset my password. However, no matter how many times I tried the email never came. I assume my email (probably provider?) is in some kind of a banlist, and it would be nice if I could get the reset email pushed through.

Checking internally I confirmed your email address was in Atlassian internal suppression list because your email provider bounced the most recent emails.
I went ahead and removed the email from that list. Could you try resetting the password again and checking if the email is now delivered?
