Bitbucket 6.5.1 was upgraded to 7.5.1. Bitbucket has an oracle 12c database.
Following restart the bitbucket services crashes with the following recurrent log error:

Reason:
classpath:liquibase/master.xml : liquibase.precondition.core.TableExistsPrecondition@30b4c579 : ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
we hit a similar error when first installing bitbucket (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/Problems-with-Bitbucket-Oracle-integration/qaq-p/1142843), which was fixed by granting DBA to the oracle user.
This workaround does not work in this case however. Any ideas?
