Open Stash

I can't open Stash on windows 8.1 

I got this error:

A fatal error has occurred

The following problem occurred which prevents Atlassian Stash from starting correctly:

• stash.git.notfound[Stash, 1.7.6, 1.8.4.3, 2.0.2, 2.0.3]
