Not receiving verification email on a microsoft account (outlook.com)

Hi

 I'm trying to create a new account using an outlook.com email account for ID '<REMOVED>' but I am not receiving the verification email.

I've checked and rechecked, it is not in the Junk Email folder either, and the email account is active (able to send and receive emails)

Hello @Neha Agrawal ,

I checked in our internal systems for the e-mail you shared, and it seems like it was hard bounced by your e-mail provided, so it was added to our internal suppression list.

I went ahead and removed the e-mail from the suppression list, so you should be able to receive the e-mail as of now. Could you please try again and let us know how it goes?

I am currently facing the same problem. I would like to create a new atlassian account for angelina@nu.family but I don't receive any recuperation mail on this address.

I've checked internally and that e-mail was already removed from the suppression list. Could you please try again and check if the e-mail is successfully delivered now?

Sure! I confirmed your email was also on the suppression list so I went ahead and removed it from the list. You should be able to receive the email as usual again!
