I'm trying to create a new account using an outlook.com email account for ID '<REMOVED>' but I am not receiving the verification email.
I've checked and rechecked, it is not in the Junk Email folder either, and the email account is active (able to send and receive emails)

I checked in our internal systems for the e-mail you shared, and it seems like it was hard bounced by your e-mail provided, so it was added to our internal suppression list.
I went ahead and removed the e-mail from the suppression list, so you should be able to receive the e-mail as of now. Could you please try again and let us know how it goes?
