I am in the process of transferring repositories to a new owner. 2 of the 4 repository transfer emails were received with no issue. However, the remaining 2 repositories are not getting received.
We have verified the emails are not showing up in the SPAM/JUNK folder as well as verified the emails are not getting blocked by the firewall.
Has anyone else encountered this issue and if so, were you able to resolve it and how?

Are you still experiencing this issue? Are you transferring them to the same person, or are they being shared with different users? Have you doublechecked that the username s written correctly and do you get confirmation on your side that the repo is being transferred?
If so, we'll need to check if the other user's email address is bouncing our messages, and we'll need to raise a support ticket for you so you can share his email with us privately.
