Bitbucket won't let me log in with my password, only through email, which limits what I can do with the tool. I've tried resetting my password, but I'm not receiving the email that lets me reset it (not in spam either).

Does this concern the Bitbucket Cloud account with the same email as your community account?
I checked this email address in our system and it is not in any email suppression list.
I sent you another password reset email just a few minutes ago and checking our email logs I can see that it was successfully delivered to your email server.
Could you please check if you have received it?

Yes I received it! Thank you so much, now I can log in. Not sure why I wasn't receiving the emails before but I am now.
