Not receiving password recovery e-mail

I have not received the password recovery email for my another account with email address: akos.kadar@borealisai.com 

I suspect this is, because the e-mail address is blocked within your system due to delivery failure. I that case may I ask you to unblock it and send a password recovery email to akos.kadar@borealisai.com, or terminate my account so I can register again "fresh"?

Your email address was on a bounce list because an attempt to deliver a message resulted in an email bounce. I have removed it from the list. Please ensure your email address is able to receive email and try the password recovery again.
