Not receiving invitation email

Hello,

I cannot receive the invitation email to a bitbucket.org repository. The repository admins have tried to send me the email several times and I still do not receive it in my Gmail address inbox (they are not my "Junk email" folder either), while other work mates have been able to get it.

Can you please help me?

Hi @Brayan Roa 

It appears that you created a support case for this.  Our team has investigated this and found your address was on a suppression list over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/11/BBS-183102

This appears to have been removed at this time, so you should request that your admin resend the invitation now.  It should allow it to come through now.
