Hi I started working at a new employer and I am not receiving the invitation to the workspace. My email address is: email@example.com
I have an Atlassian Account... Everything else works fine (Jira, Confluence ...). Am I on a bounce list with my email address? Can you fix this?

I checked your email address on our end.
However, I didn't see it in our email suppression list with a bounce nor block status.
Checking our internal logs, I can also see that we've successfully sent the email invitation to your email address.
For this, would it be possible for you to check if it was caught up in your junk/spam folder?
