I see that your email was added to the Atlassian suppression list because your email provider bounced the email with the following error :
554 5.7.1 [internal] recipient address was suppressed due to customer policy
I went ahead and removed your email address from the suppression list, so you should be able to receive new emails as of now.
Could you please try setting up the 2FA again and let us know if the email is delivered?

Hi - Just a couple of things i'd check:
1. Check if the email has been delivered - but if it was rerouted to a different folder in your mailbox?
2. Do you have access to check if the email has been quarantined?

1. I checked spam and any other folders, no email delivered
2. No I don't think so
