First, have you checked your personal settings:
If you've made sure that everything is in order, then you would need to open a ticket for Atlassian to unblock you from the supressioion list.

I checked our email logs for the last seven days. Five Atlassian emails that were sent on 16th February were not delivered to your mail server because there was a temporary issue with domain name resolution. Several other emails were sent later that day, the days before, and also yesterday and today, that have been successfully delivered to your mail server.
If you haven't received any emails at all, I would suggest the following:
If you still don't see any emails, I would suggest reaching out to the administrator of your mail server and asking them to investigate why our emails don't make it from your mail server to your inbox.
