I'm not able to send an invite to a user in my organization and have them join a workspace. I am suspecting that all emails are having issues for my organization for Bitbucket. Can anyone give me some pointers here?
Update: no emails are working now.

Checking internally for your workspace, I see an invitation was successfully sent to the user from Atlassian perspective. What might have happened is the email was wrongly classified as Spam, and ended up being moved to the Spam/Trash folder.
In this case, you can try inviting the user again and ask the user to double-check the Spam folder for the email.
