I follow the process to enable 2FA, and get the following message:
... but the email never reaches my inbox. I don't know if the problem is on your end, or mine, but it's not hitting my junk either.

I see that your Bitbucket Cloud account has 2FA enabled, so I assume you received the email?
I checked our email logs for your email address and I can see that all emails we have sent over the last few days were successfully delivered to your company's mail server. So, your email address is not in any of our suppression lists. It sounds like there might have been a delay with the 2FA email.
