Hi, my email id is <redacted by Atlassian staff>, I have not been receiving any password reset mails for my bitbucket account. Checked my spam folder, contacted the admin, to no avail. Can someone help me out with this one?

I see you've tagged this question for Bitbucket Server, and I also don't see an account associated for you with Bitbucket Cloud. Given that, I'm fairly confident you are indeed trying to get into a Bitbucket Server instance, which would be totally maintained and administered by your company.
Unfortunately we are not able to do much here on Community to help in this situation; it's your local Bitbucket Server administrator that's going to have to step in and help out. It's possible that the outgoing mail server is misconfigured - that would prevent Bitbucket from being able to send a password reset email. Or potentially there's a system outside of Bitbucket being used for user management. These are questions your local administrator would need to tackle.
My best advice is to try asking them directly. I wouldn't rely on the "contact administrator" functionality, as if there is a misconfigured mail server at play, that email might not be delivered. You'll want to email the administrator directly or contact them over IM if possible.
