Not able to select the branch named "production_new" from "From branch" while create a branch

Dear Team,

Trust you are doing well.

I'm trying to create a branch from "production_new" from "branches" ->"Create branch" from bitbucket portal.

Unfortunately I'm unable to get the branch name "production_new" in the "From branch".

Earlier also faced similar issue. Please assist the same.

May I know what you see when you attempt to create the branch? Do you see a limited list of branches that you are unable to search through/scroll down?

Unfortunately, It seems what you're experiencing is a known bug on Bitbucket Cloud where the dropdown filter only displays 25 results which means if the result you are looking for is after the 25th result even after using filters, you won't be able to pick it.

We do have an existing bug ticket for it that can be located through this link. - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-20410
You can watch and click the "This affects my team" button so that you'll be notified of any updates from our team when the bug is fixed.

You can also consider the workarounds mentioned in the bug ticket.
