Hi,

Are you an administrator of that Bitbucket Server instance? It looks like there's a pre-receive hook defined that's running checks that prevent you from pushing the code. 

If you're not an administrator of the instance I suggest you speak to them to find out what's wrong with your push that could lead to the push being rejected.
