Not able to post build status to bitbucket using commit

To checkin the code we create pull requests for commits. Then based on the pull requests we trigger the jenkins build and the status gets updated in the pull requests.
Now the issue here is the build status is not getting updated in the pull requests.
We use git/bitbucket.

We have attached couple of scenerio's with status.
1) Scenario1 :We tried to post the comment and this gets posted without any issues.
2) scenario2 :We tried to post the commit and the status is not getting posted to bitbucket.
