My team member can not receive invitation email.

I'm trying to add my team member to my repository via his email. But my team member can't get the invitation email.

But not solve this my issue.

It's likely that the invitation arrived in the spam folder. Can you confirm your team member checked the spam folder in their inbox? If it's not there, we'll need to know which email address are they using so we can check our mail system. In that case, please submit a Support ticket at and mention this Community post, so we can continue helping you.
