I got an email last night from Bitbucket saying "The plan on the Bitbucket team, xxxxx, has changed from Standard to Temporary Plan." Today it's like that team doesn't even exists, none of the team members are able to access the repos. I've put in a support ticket but given Atlassian's reputation I'm not sure I'll get any sort of a timely answer. I have an invoice that our bill was paid on the 22nd (3 days ago) so we're not delinquent, and even if that was the case surely at least one of us (at least me? I'm the account owner!) would have access to it. Does anyone have any idea what might have happened and perhaps a fast way to a resolution?
