To obtain the recovery codes on your computer, you need to still have the SSH keys you used stored in the computer. If you do, make sure you're using the right credentials when prompted for them; you can try accessing your Bitbucket account directly via the browser to make sure the credentials are correct.
If you can not obtain the recovery codes using the steps at Two-step verification, then you'll need to submit a support ticket so one of my colleagues will be able to continue assisting you with that. You can create a ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/.
