My duration of build mins add upto only 12-15 mins but 50 build mins are expired. Whats the issue?

My duration of build mins add upto only 12-15 mins but 50 build mins for the month are stated as expired. What's the issue here?

Just a few questions to clarify:

• What do you mean by "are stated as expired"?
• Where do you see this information? i.e. in Pipelines or in your Settings?
• Are you using 2x builds by any chance?
• How did you add up your build minutes - was this based on the duration of all the pipelines for the month?
