Mirroring Stash

We are using Stash 2.6.2 in our production environment. We have a requirement to mirror the Stash production to a development environment which will use developer licenses.

The following should get mirrored to the development server.

- Stash Installation Directory

- Stash Home Directory

- Stash oracle database

What is is the best approach ? Please advise.
