Migrating SVN to GIT - issue with generating authors file

While trying to Extract Authors information , i get the following error :

svn: E170013: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://test.svn.test.com/Force'
svn: E215004: No more credentials or we tried too many times.
Authentication failed
