Migrate Stash project from one stash instance to another

We are trying to migrate a stash project from one stash instance to another.  There is no issue to migrate over git repositories however the challenge we are facing is to migrate over stash's project and repositories meta-data.(i.e. pull requests, permissions etc.). Is there way to migrate this data?
