It's not the same without you

We accidentally uploaded some giant files to bitbucket, and have frozen our repo. It says "This repo is over the 2 GB limit and is in read-only mode. Read more on how to reduce the size of your repository." But all of the information there assumes that your repo has not yet been frozen. As far as I can tell, we can't actually make changes to the repo because it's in read-only. We'd like to go in and rearrange things so that only the code is in bitbucket, but at the moment, that's not working.
Ok. Thanks
